Sanding cylinders can be installed on a drill press or on the end of a flexible rotating shaft with their reusable drums. They make it possible to sand small, spherical, or irregularly shaped workpieces effectively and cleanly. When working on a project that requires different grit sizes, we recommend using numerous drums to prevent having to swap out the cylinders too frequently. Because the cylinders cling to the drums so strongly that they don't fall off when turning at high speeds, changing them requires considerable effort.
